The CCSA annual spring concert, Rockin’ the Park ’09 is shaping up with headliners, The 8-Tracks and U4IX (pronounced “Euphorics”). Three other acts will be selected from the rosters of the CCSA membership. There will be seminars and open mic on the “backstage stage” for most of the afternoon.
